Ashley is venturesome, compassionate and driven by nature. Her ability to express empathy toward others in a genuine capacity led her to a profession as a licensed psychologist. Ironically she was initially inspired when teaching dancing, lifeguarding, coaching a swim team, teaching swim lessons, and working as a nanny during college. Thereafter she progressively developed an interest in the field and consequently earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Westminster College, Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) at the University of Utah Graduate School of Social Work, and Doctoral Degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University. She now works full-time with active duty soldiers and families as a Psychologist and Team Chief of an Embedded Team at Evans Army Community Hospital in Colorado Springs. She manages a part-time Private Practice in Old Colorado City. Additionally she is a certified Hot Yoga Instructor and Holistic Plant-Based Coach/Educator/Practitioner.
