Epic Training & Veg Cooking

Epic cooking and training week! Our classic go too recipes: spaghetti squash pasta, cornmeal veg pizza with @miyoko‘s cheese, rice salad, lentil stir fry, banana ice cream and much more! After the mini incline last night, stocking up with Costco veggies, and early am swim we are ready for Boulder travels and an Olympic tri maΓ±ana!!!
