Bulk Veg Pressure Cooking

This just happened – bulk/pressure cooking at its peak (no pun intended): roasted mixed carrots and parsnips; sweet potatoes; red potatoes; quinoa stir fry with Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, asparagus, and union; and the finale – avocado pesto pasta with sautéed eggplant and mushrooms – topped off with a kale salad…. #plantbasedfeuling👊💪
