Pre-Oktoberfest tri Veg Fueling

Pre-Oktoberfest tri feast. Buddha/hippie bowl packed with sautéed mushrooms, quinoa/rice, tomatoes, olives, sweet potatoes, potatoes, and avocado. Side salad with shredded carrots and cucumbers topped with a homemade vegan ranch dressing… Dessert to boot – left over muffins from am pancake mix – banana, chocolate chip, and granola. Time to snooze for an early am rise..
