Second delightful meal from bulk cooking this weekend. @mattc_27 unbelievable avocado pesto pasta with portabella mushrooms, grilled eggplant, yellow tomatoes, and as much garlic as humanely possible… Tomorrow will be stir fry! #Imboulder70 pre-race (next Sunday) nourishment.
