Pre Century Race Nourishment

Pre #USAHockeyCycling century ride (at the crack of dawn) nourishment…. Thanks to @mattc_27 talent making our kitchen sink salad, my sweet potato with quinoa/rice pilaf concoction, and avocado/chocolate pudding (w/coconut sprinkles)! Here we come 100 miles….after a great swim this am and pre-ride yesterday after an amazing NYC trip! Thank you to everyone who donated to such a wonderful cause (disabled hockey).
