Kale kitchen sink salad, after a rigorous swim, provides fabulous nutrients!

Salad Ingredients often include: carrots, green pea pods, mushrooms, hemp seeds, almonds/walnuts, peppers, kale and/or spinach, and anything we have in the fridge.

Homemade ranch dressing turned out refreshing too: cashews, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, EVOO, agave, dill, onion and garlic powder, sea salt, dried basil and parsley…..nam namIMG_4559
