Veg Bulk Cooking

Beautiful 4 day weekend filled with veg bulk cooking (Mac-n-cheese with kale, bulgar tabbouleh, kale massaged salad with risotto, and colorful salads with Matt’s smoothie creations), daily hiking and biking – just doesn’t get much better for a stay-cation……and purchasing our new 4am and winter best friend bike trainer! Here we come ironman 2014… πŸ™‚
